The staff at the hotel were fantastic. From the moment I checked in, they were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were very good too make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with Emrie and Mohammad, who were always offering great recommendations for things to see and do in the city.
One issue I encountered was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms.

The room was cosy and clean, with plenty of space compared to other hotels we stayed at. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was fresh and rich, served until noon. The staff were very friendly and kind, always willing to help with any information we needed. The location was also ideal, as it was within walking distance to the ferry station and close to restaurants and shops in the center of a big shopping area. We loved the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood and the convenience of having everything we needed nearby.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

I recently stayed in a luxurious hotel and had an amazing experience. the room had exclusive amenities such as a private balcony, and the staff fulfilled all of my needs. the service was outstanding, and I had a great time relaxing in the beautiful Garden area and Leisure room. the hotel's location advantages made it easy for me to explore the city and dine at outdoor areas. It was truly a memorable experience.
the walls were quite thin, and I could hear the guests next door.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, thanks to the diligent cleaning staff. The breakfast room was pleasant and the breakfast buffet had a good variety. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and minimal noise pollution.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel also provided three bottles of water daily, a nice touch.
The walls were a bit thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to be heard. The breakfast was okay, offering the essentials but nothing more.
